i am a cursed graduate

i'm beginning to confirm the feeling that my graduations are cursed events. at least when it comes to pictures and videos. i 1st graduated college over 10 yrs. ago. it was a special day but most of my friends had graduated the year before, so when mom discovered there was no film in the camera, it was disappointing, but move forward i did. in fact, i became a pro at trying various grad school programs until i finally quit school for good to take a job. or so i thought. the real world did not work out as i had thought it would and so after some major soul searching and pondering, i found myself in nursing school. i did everything i could not to quit. it was the most challenging of school paths, but so far the most rewarding. my wonderful family+ came to my pinning, a really special evening. fortunately, digital replaced film and so we do have a few pix. videos weren't necessary to take we were told, because the school set up a feed so that we could purchase dvds at a very reasonable price. and so you can see where this is going. i logged on to the site and found out that the feed malfunctioned and so nooooo video of the pinning. which is disappointing for more than me i'm sure. does this mean i have to go on and graduate again? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! at least i have my pin :)

Chris found out why there was no video of your pinning ceremony. We did get a few pictures, though, you can see them here. Chris took some video at the party on Sunday, too - watch (at your own risk) here.
