before hollywood does...

i think we should all collaboratively write a screenplay about our blogs and experiences, sell it to hollywood and then split the $$$...who's in?

I'm in - as long as we get to choose the actors who will be playing us!

An observation I've made about interesting blogs that have gotten book deals: once the advance check clears, the blogger stops blogging. With a few noteable exceptions (generally where the blogger is being compensated for blogging), all the bloggers-turned-writers disappear from the blogosphere. Maybe instead of us doing the screenplay, we can option the rights? We'll keep blogging and someone else can knit it into stories for TV? :)

exactly...that's my plan...we get the $ and someone else gets to write (we'll just sell the idea!)

Am in! But, Denzel has to play me. Can we call his agent?

I'm choosing Selma Hayek - because who wouldn't want to look like that! but we must retain veto rights - what if they other writes make us look bad!

our story would be such a hit i don't think they'd have a prob. w/ us retaining veto rights...plus i think all of the "A-list" actors would be clamoring to get our parts :)
